Set in Riyadh, Al Mirath begins with a construction magnate's death, Abdulmohsin Al Behitani, who leaves behind his wife and two daughters. He also leaves behind a will which soon unravels the true colours of everybody around him. Following Abdulmohsin's death and disputed will, the family will learn of a long-lost son, a conniving nephew and a murder conspiracy. Inheritance presents the reality of life in Saudi Arabia in all of its social, economic and cultural dimensions. And promises drama, family secrets, romance and betrayal from beginning to end.
